Product Lead
- Strategy & Vision:<\/b> Define and articulate the long\-term product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with Bevatel\u2019s overall business goals.
<\/span><\/li>- Product Roadmap<\/b>: Own, prioritize, and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for our SaaS solutions (Cloud Call Center, Business Chat, CRM integrations, etc.).
<\/span><\/li>- Market & Customer Analysis<\/b>: Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new growth opportunities and feature enhancements.
<\/span><\/li>- Execution Leadership:<\/b> Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Marketing teams to manage the Agile development process, ensuring timely and high\-quality feature releases.
<\/span><\/li>- Performance Metrics:<\/b> Define, track, and measure key product performance indicators (KPIs) such as MRR/ARR, Adoption Rate, Churn, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
<\/span><\/li>- Stakeholder Management:<\/b> Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams, executive leadership, sales, and customer success.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Experience:<\/b> +7 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a Product Lead or Senior Product role.
<\/span><\/li>- SaaS Industry Expertise (Mandatory):<\/b> Proven, hands\-on experience in managing and scaling B2B SaaS products, specifically within the Contact Center (CCaaS), Unified Communications (UCaaS), or CRM domain.
<\/span><\/li>- Technical Acumen:<\/b> Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
<\/span><\/li>- Leadership Skills:<\/b> Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross\-functional product and development teams.
<\/span><\/li>- Analytical Skills:<\/b> Excellent ability to analyze complex data (Product Analytics, Funnel Metrics) to drive data\-informed decisions and product prioritization.
<\/span><\/li>- Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. (Product Management certification is a plus)<\/span>
