Product Lead - Programmatic

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Product Lead to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our oRTB platform initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving ecosystem integrations, advancing bidding and auction capabilities, improving platform interoperability, and ensuring seamless connectivity across DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Data Partners, and Measurement Platforms. As a Product Lead, you will work closely with Engineering, Business, Operations, Sales, and external partners to build scalable, high-performance solutions that power the next generation of programmatic advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

ORTB Strategy & Platform Evolution
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for OpenRTB infrastructure and partner integrations.
  • Lead initiatives related to OpenRTB protocol upgrades, feature enhancements, and ecosystem compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and emerging trends in programmatic advertising and identity solutions.
  • Partner Integrations
  • Own end-to-end integrations with DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Data Providers, Verification Vendors, and Measurement Partners.
  • Prioritize integrations based on business impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and maintenance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and launch of strategic partners.
  • Platform Optimization & Scalability
  • Drive improvements in auction efficiency, bid request quality, latency reduction, and platform performance.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to identify scalability challenges and define solutions.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Product Discovery & Customer Insights
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and development priorities.
  • Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy.

  • Requirements:

    Experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience. Strong understanding of the Programmatic Advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, RTB, Header Bidding, and Identity Solutions.
  • Proven experience managing platform products and partner integrations in AdTech.
  • Experience working on highly scalable, data-intensive products.
  • Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of OpenRTB protocols and programmatic advertising workflows.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, auction mechanics, bid streams, and ad serving technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex technical initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for product decision-making.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large-scale advertising platforms.
  • Exposure to identity frameworks, privacy regulations, and cookieless advertising solutions.
  • Experience driving integrations with major DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, and Measurement Partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
