Product Lead, Transparency (Compliance, Risk and Reporting)

You will own the Transparency product strategy and roadmap, prioritize work across multiple squads, and define and ship API contracts and integration models for internal customers. You will translate compliance and regulatory requirements into clear engineering requirements, build deep understanding of system architecture and data models, and drive adoption and go-to-market metrics for the platform. You will lead cross-functional stakeholders including Compliance, Engineering, Legal, Security, Operations, Finance, and Sales, make high-judgment trade-offs where regulatory and product constraints intersect, and ensure audit readiness and KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

Own the Transparency strategy and roadmap end to end
Drive prioritization across squads
Define and ship API contract and integration model
Translate compliance and regulatory needs into engineering requirements
Build deep understanding of system architecture and data models
Drive go-to-market and adoption metrics for the platform
Lead and influence cross-functional teams
Balance multi-jurisdiction requirements with a coherent global platform strategy
Own KPI acceleration through product execution
Make high-judgment trade-offs while maintaining audit readiness
Act as single point of contact for Transparency and evangelize the platform

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, including significant time leading PMs and shipping compliance, financial crimes, payments, or banking infrastructure products at a regulated financial institution, exchange, or fintech
People management experience leading and growing a team of senior PMs across multiple squads or workstreams
Deep financial crimes and compliance product expertise with experience shipping KYC, KYB, AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, case management, customer risk rating, or travel rule products
Platform product experience building internal platforms or API products and designing service contracts, integration models, SLAs, and adoption motions
Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction regulated businesses and the interplay between product velocity and regulatory obligations
Strong technical fluency with data models, APIs, system architecture, and event-driven workflows
Cross-functional leadership at scale across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Operations
