- Provide data-driven insights to influence product portfolio and growth initiatives
Own business performance
- Deliver actionable financial reporting and variance analysis
- Monitor KPIs, profitability, and cost development
- Identify risks and opportunities — and turn them into concrete actions
- Drive portfolio optimization and product profitability
Shape smart investments
- Lead business cases for new products and launches
- Ensure robust target costing, ROI, and cash flow analysis
- Track project performance and recommend improvements
- Partner with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain throughout development cycles
Be a true business partner
- Act as a trusted advisor and “co-pilot” to Product Line leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations
- Support key decisions on pricing, cost trade-offs, and market strategies
- Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization
Improve how we work
- Drive automation, simplification, and process improvements
- Contribute to core finance processes (closing, planning, governance)
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance
Lead & develop
- Lead and grow a team of category controllers
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
- Build financial understanding and accountability across stakeholders
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- Experience and knowledge of white goods industry
- 10+ years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering, or product line finance
- Strong background in P&L management, financial analysis, and business case modeling
- Experience in international, cross-functional environments
Who you are:
- Strategic thinker who turns data into meaningful business insights
- Confident and bold business partner who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on value creation
- Agile and proactive, able to manage complexity and priorities

- Continuous improver, always looking for better, smarter ways of working

- Ensure successful product investments and lifecycle profitability
- Act as a critical link between finance and business strategy
Where you'll be:

We work with 20% work-place flexibility, fostering collaboration and a strong team spirit at our Global Headquarters.
We offer relocation support to candidates outside of Sweden.
