Identify platform capability gaps and define new\ninitiatives to address them. Use research, user studies, metrics, and competitive\nanalysis to inform platform and business requirements. Conduct competitive feature reviews to guide\nprioritisation within platform releases. Drive innovation and run test and learn experiments to\ndeliver high value features. Partner with business teams to conduct customer research\nthat shapes platform feature needs. Contribute to the platform product portfolio and long\nterm roadmap. Make data driven trade off decisions across platform\nfeature sets. Use runtime service metrics to inform backlog updates and\nbalance improvements with new feature work. Demonstrate deep expertise in the platform domain and\ncollaborate with interdependent teams. Translate business requirements (user stories, use cases)\ninto clear platform feature definitions. Maintain visibility into user experience design and its\nalignment with platform objectives. Define release goals and prioritise features based on\nbusiness and platform value, adjusting during implementation as needed. Monitor progress and execution at the feature level. Review development team demos to validate alignment with\nacceptance criteria. Prepare for launches and track platform performance,\nadoption, and operational health post release. Ensure alignment with broader product management plans\nand initiatives. Identify delivery risks and escalate issues that may\nimpact timelines or requirements. Participate in post launch reviews and ensure learnings\nare integrated back into the roadmap. Partner with internal teams and customer support to\nidentify, classify, and prioritise feature level issues. <\/span> Key skills\-<\/b> 7+ years of experience in product management or a similar\nrole, ideally with a focus on payment solutions and collaboration with\ndevelopment teams \u2022 In\-depth understanding of payment systems,\ntechnologies, and processes (e.g., payment gateways, card solutions, wallets).\nKnowledge of industry\-specific regulations is desirable. \u2022 Ability to accurately collect and analyse data to\ncreate sound, data\-driven decision\-making foundations. \u2022 Present business case requirements, Program &\nProject goals and progress at senior management \u2022 Experience of managing large\-scale software\nimplementation projects essential & demonstrable experience of delivering\nprojects in a technology environment \u2022 Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to\ninfluence and engage the stakeholders at all levels <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> Mandatory skills<\/b> <\/b><\/span>Product\nManager with Java, Sql, AWS skills <\/b> <\/b><\/span> <\/span> Desired skills Proven track record of delivering complex technical products in an agile environment.
