Product Manager, Agentic Platform Integration

In this role, you will drive scope that focuses on emerging agentic platform capabilities that represent the next frontier of digital retail. You will define how Apple Store Online leverages agentic frameworks, platform integration surfaces, and intelligent automation to deliver scalable, privacy-conscious product capabilities that meet customers where they are. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Engineering, Design, and Marketing. Success in this role means shipping agentic experiences that uphold Apple's values around privacy and trust. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization. Proficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms. Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally. BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a platform partnership, developer ecosystem, or technical integration role at consumer scale. Ability to research external platform capabilities and translating them into clear product requirements that engineering teams can execute against. Familiarity with LLM API frameworks across major platforms, ability to read API documentation and synthesize impact and applications, comfortable with agent and integration frameworks. Ability to lead through platform volatility — maintaining integration quality and team momentum as partner platforms evolve, deprecate, and shift strategy. Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations. Ability to translate complex platform and technical information into concise, compelling narratives appropriate for business, design, and engineering stakeholders.
