Job Summary
As Product Lead, AI & Digital Solutions, you will drive OPH Health’s product strategy and go-to-market execution across software applications, platforms, clinical modules, AI-enabled products, and workflows. You will lead market expansion and build a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and own the product roadmap across all OPH product lines, including software applications, platforms, clinical modules, and AI-enabled products
- Analyze market needs, customer segments, product gaps, and adoption barriers to define product-market fit across target markets
- Translate business goals and customer insights into clear product priorities, requirements, and phased plans
- Assess build-versus-buy-versus-integrate options for new capabilities and provide AI and healthtech trend recommendations to management
- Collaborate with engineering and hardware teams to align software and hardware roadmaps
Customer Discovery & Healthcare Workflow Design
- Engage healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather clinical workflow and operational insights
- Map end-to-end clinical and operational workflows to identify opportunities for reducing administrative burden and improving diagnostic efficiency
- Convert customer discovery findings into product requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans
- Design software module configurations tailored to customer segments, ensuring compliance with workflow and billing needs
- Define user journeys from onboarding to daily clinical use; lead customer interviews, stakeholder mapping, user validation, and feedback reviews
Product Commercialisation & Go-to-Market
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for all OPH product lines, starting with Singapore as the anchor market
- Define customer segmentation, pricing models, and channel strategies customized for each product and buyer persona
- Plan pilots, acquire lighthouse customers, and manage conversion to production deployment; establish reference sites validating product-market fit
- Identify and engage strategic and distribution partners and key opinion leaders to drive adoption and market entry
- Develop business cases, pricing assumptions, sales enablement materials, reference site content, and customer success stories
- Support management in building the commercial pipeline and provide product and market insights for revenue forecasting and target-setting
Regulatory & Implementation Coordination
- Manage product-side regulatory deliverables including clinical validation documentation, SaMD submissions, and software compliance (ISO 13485, ISO 27001)
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure product readiness across markets, covering regulatory pathways, data hosting, medical device classification, and implementation considerations
- Engage external consultants or partners for regulatory, certification, data security, or interoperability expertise
- Provide coordination across regulatory, certification, and implementation workstreams to drive market readiness
Team Building & Market Expansion
- Build and scale the product and commercial teams in line with business growth
- Expand OPH’s market reach from Singapore into Southeast Asia and other regions as opportunities develop
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, regulatory, and marketing teams to align market needs with company priorities
- Represent OPH at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and partner discussions
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Product Management, or related fields
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in product management, digital solutions, software platforms, healthtech, medtech, AI-enabled products, or related technology-driven industries
- Proven ability to manage a product line or digital solution from planning through delivery
- Strong skills in translating business needs, customer requirements, and market feedback into product priorities, user journeys, and implementation plans
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including management, engineering, technical teams, sales, operations, partners, and vendors
- Ability to engage customers, partners, and regional stakeholders to understand workflow needs, business challenges, and market requirements
- Solid understanding of digital solution delivery including software applications, platforms, integrations, and user workflows
- Demonstrated ownership and execution skills to manage timelines, follow-ups, product priorities, and implementation progress
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Comfortable working in a growing company environment requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed for customer meetings, partner discussions, product implementation, or business activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, medical technology, hospital or clinic systems, clinical workflows, or healthcare software products
- Experience supporting regional product discussions or digital solution deployment across Southeast Asia or multiple markets
- Exposure to AI-related products, automation solutions, healthcare data platforms, or patient/user-facing digital solutions
- Experience in product commercialisation, go-to-market planning, pilot projects, customer implementation, or partner onboarding
- Experience preparing product presentations, business cases, user stories, product specifications, solution proposals, or sales enablement materials
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, supporting coordination with Mandarin-speaking internal technical and engineering teams, as the role may require such interaction
