Product Manager - Checkout

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of a fast-growing digital checkout product with a direct impact on customer experience and business growth. You will define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive the delivery of high-value features by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, data, marketing, and commercial functions. Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, you will use customer insights and data to make informed decisions that improve engagement, conversion, and product performance. Remote work is available for professionals located anywhere in Brazil.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the product roadmap and strategic evolution of the Checkout solution, aligning customer needs with business priorities and market opportunities.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, using data-driven insights to guide prioritization and product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact product improvements.
- Break down complex initiatives into incremental, high-value deliveries while ensuring continuous product evolution.
- Identify opportunities to optimize user journeys, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates through product enhancements.
- Gather and translate customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmap updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and customer-centric product development.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably focused on digital products and user journeys.
- Strong knowledge of product analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, such as Design Thinking, and experience collaborating with UX/UI teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Experience working in agile product development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fintech products, SQL knowledge, digital product development, product management certifications (e.g., PM3, Tera), or a degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields will be considered a plus.
