Product Manager, Crypto

You will own a core crypto product surface end-to-end, shipping features for trading, custody and wallets, tokenization, or on-chain settlement. You will work closely with engineers, compliance, legal, and partners to translate integration constraints into a prioritized roadmap. You will run discovery with broker-dealers and fintech partners, write clear product requirements, and partner with engineers to deliver production-quality APIs, SDKs, and integrations. You will improve developer experience, streamline reconciliation and settlement workflows, handle exception processes, and report product metrics and status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a core crypto product surface end-to-end
• Drive product decisions by analyzing ROI, partner demand, market structure, and regulatory constraints
• Contribute to the crypto roadmap for B2B and B2B2C surfaces including SDKs and APIs
• Write product requirements and collaborate with engineers to ship to production
• Run discovery with partners and translate feedback into product decisions
• Improve developer experience including API ergonomics, documentation, and SDKs
• Partner with compliance and legal on licensing, custody, KYC/AML, and tokenization-related decisions
• Improve operational efficiency for reconciliation, settlement workflows, and exception handling
• Report product status and results to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or founding a startup, preferably in crypto or financial infrastructure
• Demonstrated depth on at least one core crypto product surface such as exchange trading, custody wallets, tokenization, or on-chain settlement
• Experience building and shipping B2B developer-facing products, including SDKs, APIs, and partner integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Business acumen to evaluate tradeoffs between stakeholders, technology feasibility, time, and budget
• Familiarity with AI-native PM workflows and tools for PRD drafting, synthesis, and prototyping
