Product Manager
You will define and communicate product vision and maintain strategic roadmaps. You will conduct user interviews and analyze feedback from Discord, support tickets, and community forums to translate insights into actionable requirements. You will partner with engineering and design to deliver exceptional user experiences and work with technical teams to build robust, scalable DeFi-ready domain registration infrastructure. You will establish and monitor product metrics and KPIs, use analytics to understand user behavior, manage and prioritize the product backlog with agile methodologies, define user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities, and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

- Use analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage and prioritize product roadmap and backlog using agile methodologies
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of professional product management experience
- US Time zone, ideally located in Los Angeles or San Francisco
- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products at smaller startups
- Strong understanding of web3, blockchain technology, and DeFi ecosystems
- Familiarity with domain name systems (DNS) and web infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with eagerness to stay current on emerging technologies
- Comfortable translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
