Product Manager

Product Managers play a pivotal role in leveraging technology for providing an exceptional customer experience. With the analytical and problem-solving mindset, they get deeper into the function/problem space, work with stakeholders and partners to develop a wider perspective, take Outside-In view of the problems and create a vision, strategy and roadmap of how software can solve immediate needs/wants, setting the stage for the right disruptions/innovations of the future. Once envisioned, they inspire and align stakeholders - business, operations and finance, and through engineers transform their vision into reality. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives and ownership of work.

What you will do:

• Breaking down complex problems into measurable steps and actioning them to execute product ideas.
• Defining, executing, and leading holistic and tactical strategy to boost user acquisition, distribution, onboarding, and retention within the product.
• Working with multiple stakeholders and teams (Business and Tech) to understand business targets and drive execution.
• Designing sound experiments and developing great frameworks to test the efficacy of your solutions that also allow you to execute with speed and fail fast & learn.
• Understand our players and their behavior both by looking at analytics and talking to them
• Work with the rest of the team to build long-term retention features (we definitely don't want to be a game that's hot for 3 months and then poof!)
• Build growth loops within the product to acquire and engage new users
• Understand the fast-evolving market of social deduction games and have a vision for where it will head next

• Minimum 4+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing product management roles is a must. Social gaming experience is a big plus.
• Proven ability to build and optimize deep tech products and the vision to scale them fast, with a relentless focus on quality and user experience.
• Relevant experience of a growth-driving feature is a plus, for example – in-app referrals.
• A very solid product sense exhibited through past decisions taken and reflected in the quality of products shipped in your work experience.
• Demonstrate good product intuition & attention to detail along with a maniacal focus on product quality.
• User Focus: Focus on interactions with customers to get an intuitive understanding of how they think and behave. Work effectively with all stakeholders required to bring user-backward products to life, focus on delivering value to our users as soon as possible, and then iterating to maximize gains.
• Strategy: Ensure that the product strategy is clearly articulated across the org., well understood and communicated, and progress towards it is tracked holistically
• Prioritization: Make informed trade-off decisions while creating roadmaps, ensuring execution and time-to-market are optimized while balancing user needs and business priorities.
• Data-oriented approach, a key eye for numbers, market insights, and an appetite for business context and metrics. Can arrive at well-thought hypotheses for fairly ambiguous questions and influence product vision/roadmap basis analysis of data patterns.
• Owner mentality: willingness to take initiatives, the accountability to dive closure, tenacity, and grit
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, the ability to articulate and evangelize product vision, and ‘Go to market plans’ in a compelling storytelling manner.
• The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams yet the assertiveness and influence to rally people around ’right’ products and well-informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a super fast changing environment (things are moving really fast here)
• Hustle and an urgency to ship
