As a Product Manager, you will own the development of our B2B Bike-as-a-Service platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations and our B2B customers to shape a product that delivers real value to delivery services and fleet operators.
- Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer and business needs
- Working closely with Engineering and Design teams on new feature concepts
- Conducting customer interviews and requirements analysis with B2B delivery customers
- Defining user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics (KPIs)
- Driving the product development process from idea to launch
- Analyzing the market and competitive landscape in Bike-as-a-Service / Mobility
- Acting as the interface between leadership, sales, operations and the tech team
- Several years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or platform environment
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams using agile methods
- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decisions
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using tools like Jira, Linear, Notion or similar
- Good German and English skills

- Experience in mobility, logistics or fleet management
- Background in hardware-adjacent or physical products
