Requirements<\/h3>We are looking for a highly driven Product\nManager to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of our core business\nSystems (ERP), covering workflows across KYC, operations, compliance, finance,\nsettlements, and customer lifecycle management. This role sits at the core of\nour organisation and involves building scalable, automated systems that power\nsmooth internal operations and regulatory processes.<\/span>

<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>- Own the roadmap for all Enterprise Backoffice\n& ERP modules such as KYC, onboarding, operations, settlements, compliance,\nand finance systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Define product vision, long\-term strategy,\nsuccess metrics, and continuous improvement plans.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and\nautomation opportunities to enhance internal productivity and reduce manual\noperations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Convert business requirements into PRDs,\nworkflows, wireframes, and user stories.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Drive product development cycles by\ncollaborating closely with engineering, design, risk, finance, operations, and\ncompliance teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure all workflows meet regulatory and audit\nrequirements, with strong checks, audit trails, and control mechanisms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Build automated verifications, document\nprocessing flows, risk scoring, and review tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Partner with compliance, risk, finance,\noperations, and customer support teams to gather requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Conduct deep\-dive workshops to understand pain\npoints and system\-level dependencies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Serve as the bridge between functional teams and\ntechnology owners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Champion user experience by simplifying complex\nworkflows into intuitive, high\-efficiency internal tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>- 7+ years of Product Management experience,\nideally across Enterprise Backoffice, ERP, KYC/Onboarding, Fintech Operations,\nor Compliance systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of workflow automation,\nrule engines, BPM tools, OCR/document processing, and micro\-service\narchitecture fundamentals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated experience building or scaling\nsystems for KYC automation, onboarding funnels, compliance workflows,\nrisk scoring, or operations tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Hands\-on expertise in creating PRDs, BRDs,\nworkflows, journey maps, FSDs, and user stories.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong analytical and problem\-solving mindset\nwith the ability to deep\-dive into complex operational processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
