Product Manager II - Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional with deep expertise in Oracle Time & Labor and strong experience integrating Time & Labor with Oracle Payroll. This role will serve as the end-to-end owner of Time & Labor functionality, combining hands-on configuration, solution design, operational support, and platform leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Time & Labor solutions in complex environments. This individual will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, support critical business processes, and drive continuous improvement across the platform. The role requires a strong balance of functional expertise, technical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership experience.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  1. Own end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor functionality, including configuration, maintenance, optimization, and roadmap planning.
  2. Design, configure, and support complex Time & Labor solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
  3. Lead the design and implementation of time rules, time calculations, overtime policies, premium pay, shift differentials, and other workforce management requirements.
  4. Partner closely with Payroll teams to ensure accurate and seamless integration of time data into payroll processing.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Time & Labor and Payroll integration issues through detailed root cause analysis.
  6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  7. Lead full lifecycle implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  8. Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessments, testing coordination, UAT support, and production readiness activities.
  9. Drive continuous improvements in workforce management processes, automation, compliance, and system efficiency.
  10. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members while promoting best practices and platform governance.

  1. 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including deep expertise in Oracle Time & Labor.
  2. Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Time & Labor solutions in complex business environments.
  3. Proven experience designing and implementing Time & Labor solutions, including time rules, time calculations, overtime, premiums, and compliance-related requirements.
  4. Strong experience integrating Oracle Time & Labor with Oracle Payroll and supporting end-to-end payroll processing.
  5. Experience troubleshooting complex Time & Labor and Payroll issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering sustainable solutions.
  6. Hands-on experience leading or supporting full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  7. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable system solutions.
  8. Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and production deployments.

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Experience serving as a product owner, platform owner, or manager for Oracle Time & Labor.
  2. Experience with Oracle Fast Formula development for Time & Labor and Payroll.
  3. Strong understanding of Workforce Management, Payroll, Absence Management, and related HCM integrations.
  4. Experience supporting large-scale, global, or high-volume workforce environments.
  5. Proven ability to drive process improvements, platform strategy, and operational excellence
