The Role
As a PM2, you will independently own a product area or platform charter end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap to execution and business impact. You will operate with significant autonomy and drive initiatives across customer experience, platform scalability, automation, growth, and monetisation. You will be expected to think beyond features and solve for systems, operational leverage, and long-term platform evolution.
What you will do
- Build Customer Empathy - Regularly engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs through both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Drive Product Strategy - Define long-term product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned withbusiness goals, customer outcomes, and platform scalability.
- Build Scalable Products - Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operationsteams to build reliable, scalable, and high-impact products.
- Lead Product Execution - Write high-quality product specifications, prioritize effectively,manage tradeoffs, and ensure timely execution across releases.
- Own Metrics & Outcomes - Define success metrics, monitor business impact, and drive iterative improvements through experimentation and data analysis.
- Ecosystem Collaboration - Partner with banks, regulators, vendors, and ecosystem players to co-build industry-defining solutions.
What Weʼre Looking For
- 4–7 years of product management experience
- Strong product execution and prioritization skills
- Experience owning business metrics and customer outcomes
