Position Overview<\/b>

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiast\-driven Product Manager<\/b> to lead the lifecycle of our motorcycle product lines, with a specific focus on motorcycle mirror systems<\/b>.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, design, marketing, and sales. You will own the category roadmap\u2014from identifying market trends and rider pain points to launching premium mirror solutions that deliver superior visibility, aerodynamics, and style. Product Strategy & Roadmap<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Own the Category:<\/b> Define and execute the long\-term product strategy and roadmap for the NVX motorcycle mirror and handlebar accessory lines.
<\/span><\/li>- Market Research:<\/b> Analyze rider demographics, competitive landscapes, and emerging motorcycle design trends to identify high\-growth product opportunities.
<\/span><\/li>- Voice of the Rider:<\/b> Deeply understand rider needs across various segments (e.g., sportbikes, cruisers, adventure, cafe racers) to define clear product requirements.

<\/div>New Product Introduction (NPI)<\/b>
<\/div>- Cross\-Functional Leadership:<\/b> Collaboratively work with industrial designers and engineers to translate concept sketches into production\-ready, high\-quality components.
<\/span><\/li>- Specialized Engineering Liaison:<\/b> Guide the technical development of mirror systems, ensuring optimal vibration dampening, optical clarity, convex/concave glass precision, and universal or bike\-specific fitment mechanics.
<\/span><\/li>- Sourcing & Manufacturing:<\/b> Partner with supply chain teams to select manufacturing partners, negotiate component costs, and ensure strict adherence to premium quality standards.

<\/div>Go\-To\-Market & Lifecycle Management<\/b>
<\/div>- Launch Execution:<\/b> Collaborate with marketing and sales to create compelling product positioning, packaging, and digital launch campaigns.
<\/span><\/li>- Pricing & Profitability:<\/b> Manage product margins, MSRP strategy, and bill of materials (BOM) costs to hit financial targets.
<\/span><\/li>- Continuous Improvement:<\/b> Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and warranty data to iterate on existing products and improve future generations.

<\/div>Qualifications & Skills<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>Experience<\/b>
<\/div>- Industry Expertise:<\/b> 3\u20135+ years of product management experience, specifically within the motorcycle aftermarket components, powersports, or automotive accessories industry.
<\/span><\/li>- Category Specialty:<\/b> Proven experience developing rider\-facing hardware; specific experience with motorcycle mirrors, optical components, or handlebar assemblies is highly preferred.
<\/span><\/li>- Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Skills & Knowledge<\/b>
<\/div>- Technical Aptitude:<\/b> Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, die\-casting) and materials (aluminum, carbon fiber, automotive\-grade glass).
<\/span><\/li>- Regulatory Awareness:<\/b> Familiarity with global motorcycle safety standards (such as DOT or E\-Mark certification requirements for mirrors) is a significant plus.
<\/span><\/li>- Project Management:<\/b> Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing complex, multi\-variable project timelines.
<\/span><\/li>- Passion for Riding:<\/b> An active motorcycle license and a genuine passion for motorcycle culture and customization are highly desirable.
