Product Manager / Product owner (Mobile Games)
Cleverside is an international mobile product company based in Cyprus, with a growing team of 50+ people. Since 2019, we’ve been creating mobile games, our portfolio features 15+ mobile games across iOS, Android, and the Amazon Appstore, reaching 265 million installs. Our games engage players, challenge their thinking, and create memorable experiences. We leverage data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies to build apps that perform and grow.
We're looking for Product manager /Product Owner.
What we expect:
3+ years as a Product Manager in GameDev (HOG/Puzzles genres and participation in projects with high traffic will be a big plus);
Strong experience with hybrid monetization models (ads + in-app) in mobile apps;
Real contribution to product improvement and proven success in driving impactful changes (increasing DAU/MAU, revenue, retention, etc.);
Experience in building and developing projects from scratch;
Systematic experience conducting A/B tests and working with analytical systems;
Knowledge of general game balance and difficulty curve construction;
Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects how to use them for performance analysis and decision-making.
What you’ll do:
Take full ownership of product area, driving from ideation through to measurable results;
Identify growth opportunities and optimize product to systematically improve key metrics, performance, and stability based on data and user feedback;
Adapt the product to market needs and user expectations;
Prioritize features and evaluate their potential impact on product performance;
Analyze released features, comparing actual results with forecasts;
Design, run, and scale A/B tests to optimize both new and existing functionality;
Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and UA teams;
Create and maintain clear and comprehensive product requirements;
Prepare product reports and roadmaps for stakeholders and leadership;
Explore new growth opportunities and monetization strategies in the gaming space.
