Role Overview<\/b>
<\/p>

We are looking for a Product Manager with proptech industry experience to own our B2B product strategy and roadmap. This is not a tech role \u2014 we need someone who deeply understands the proptech market, knows what B2B clients need, and can write clear, detailed product specs that the engineering team can build from.
<\/p>


Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Own the B2B product roadmap \u2014 define what to build, why, and in what order.
    <\/li>
  • Talk to B2B clients, understand their pain points, and translate those into product opportunities.
    <\/li>
  • Write detailed product specs \u2014 feature requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and edge cases \u2014 that engineering can directly work from.
    <\/li>
  • Prioritise features based on business impact, client demand, and market trends.
    <\/li>
  • Work with sales and business development to align the product with what the market needs.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay on top of proptech industry trends.
    <\/li>
  • Define success metrics for features and track product performance post\-launch.
    <\/li>
  • Gather ongoing client feedback and feed it back into the product cycle.
    <\/li>
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.

    Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 2\u20136 years of experience in product management with mandatory experience in the proptech or real estate technology industry.
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of real estate workflows, property management, land records, or related domains.
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability to write clear, structured product specs \u2014 feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframe briefs.
      <\/li>
    • Strong business sense \u2014 ability to identify what to build based on market need and client value.
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills \u2014 ability to work with engineering, sales, leadership, and clients.
      <\/li>
    • Strong analytical thinking and data\-informed decision making.
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Good to Have<\/b>

      • Understanding of land management, property transactions, or real estate regulatory frameworks.
        <\/li>
      • Experience with GIS, mapping, or geospatial products.

      • Experience managing B2B SaaS products.
