About the Role

Vizmo is a physical security systems integrator building technology for large factories in India. This role is the first dedicated Product Manager hire<\/b>, working closely with leadership to shape product direction, expand offerings, and strengthen internal product knowledge.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>1. Software Product Roadmap
<\/h3>- Own product backlog and prioritisation
<\/li> - Write PRDs and user stories
<\/li> - Drive delivery across:
- Surveillance
<\/li> - Access control
<\/li> - Visitor management
<\/li> - Incident tracking modules
<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>2. Hardware & Services Catalogue
<\/h3>- Evaluate and onboard new offerings:
- Cameras
<\/li> - Access readers
<\/li> - DVRs
<\/li> - Intercom systems
<\/li> - AMC and remote monitoring services
<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>3. Company\-wide Training Programme
<\/h3>- Build internal training programs
<\/li> - Create playbooks and product materials
<\/li> - Enable teams across Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Delivery
<\/li><\/ul>4. Client & Field Feedback Loop
<\/h3>- Visit factory sites
<\/li> - Engage with security managers and IT teams
<\/li> - Translate field insights into product requirements
<\/li><\/ul>5. Pre\-sales & Proposal Support
<\/h3>- Support technical demos
<\/li> - Build BOQs and solution proposals for enterprise factory accounts
<\/li><\/ul>Must\-Have Requirements
<\/h2>- Experience with CCTV, access control, or building management systems
<\/li> - Ability to independently write PRDs and user stories
<\/li> - Comfortable conducting training and cross\-functional presentations
<\/li> - Comfortable with field visits and technical customer discussions
<\/li> - Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
<\/li><\/ul>Nice to Have
<\/h2>- Experience in security systems integration or industrial IoT
<\/li> - Familiarity with:
- Hikvision

<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Exposure to B2B SaaS dashboards or monitoring tools
<\/li> - Experience creating LMS content or internal knowledge bases
<\/li> - Understanding of IT/OT or factory environments
<\/li> - Basic networking, IP camera protocols, and API integration knowledge
