Job Description

Provide clear direction and oversee the creative process within a specialist team to deliver high-quality products. Ensure alignment with project objectives by managing workflows, guiding team deliverables, and maintaining standards throughout the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including monitoring, reconciliation, and exception management
  • Design and enhancement of operational control frameworks aligned to AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements
  • Identification and mitigation of operational risk through process improvement and control uplift
  • Ownership of operational resilience, including disaster recovery and continuity testing
  • SME input into digital asset operations, tokenisation workflows, and emerging infrastructure initiatives
  • Stakeholder management across technology, risk, product, and operations teams

Experience & Level Alignment Recommendation

  • A higher management band or specialist track
  • Operational transformation and control design expertise
  • Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.
  • Explore local and international markets for new products and trademarks in order to expand and strengthen the business' market position.
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
  • Manage designated product development projects from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation.
  • Initiate and manage market research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.
  • Establish and maintain effective business procedures that efficiently reduce operational risk and guarantee the delivery of needs specifications of the high quality. Address findings identified through internal or external audits, as well as those raised by client management and risk functions.
  • Develop a product strategy aligned to business strategy to ensure business growth and sustainability.
  • Establishment, alignment and management of target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members.
  • Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that exceeds customers and stakeholders’ expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions and communication.
