Product Marketer
You will develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, translating product capabilities into clear audience-specific benefits. You will define positioning and messaging, lead creative direction and copywriting, and produce marketing assets like videos, social posts, and blog content. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze data to generate insights, and iterate on creative and channel strategies. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and growth teams to prioritize opportunities and ensure successful launches and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, identifying target audiences, creating creative briefs, facilitating brainstorms, directing creatives, writing copy, and reporting performance
- Translate features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that articulate value propositions and differentiate products from competitors
- Create marketing assets with growth and design teams including videos, static assets, social posts, and blog posts to educate and engage users
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize opportunities, projects, and processes to maximize efficiency and impact
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a full-time Product or Content Marketer
- Proven track record managing all aspects of successful marketing campaigns for products or services used by millions
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics
- Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and content
- Passion and demonstrable knowledge in web3 and crypto, familiarity with dApps
- Data-driven and comfortable interpreting data to inform creative decisions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience in crypto
