You design and execute growth and lifecycle strategies using data and automation, building and optimizing lifecycle flows with tools like Iterable to create journeys that move people. You use generative AI and automation to scale content production, personalization, and data analysis, building prompts pipelines and lightweight agents. You translate complex features into simple emotionally resonant messages and develop the launch playbook for new capabilities while monitoring market trends and user behavior. You work autonomously from concept to live, building processes and templates and collaborating with product, engineering, data, and design teams with clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute acquisition activation retention and monetization strategies using data and automation and build lifecycle flows with tools like Iterable.
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks run experiments to validate hypotheses and collaborate with product and data teams to deliver timely product moments in communications.
  • Use generative AI and automation to scale content production personalization and data analysis and build prompts pipelines and lightweight agents.
  • Translate complex features into simple emotionally resonant messages and develop the launch playbook for new capabilities while monitoring market trends and user behavior.
  • Execute autonomously from concept to live by building processes templates and playbooks and collaborating with cross functional teams with clear communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth or product marketing at a tech company or fintech.
  • Hands on mastery of marketing automation tools and building flows not just running them.
  • Fluency with generative AI in daily work.
  • Familiarity with no code tools like n8n or Make.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with growth frameworks such as AARRR or PLG.
  • Structured experimentation.
  • Strong writing across formats and ability to ship without handholding.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with cross functional teams.
