Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Product Marketing Executive, located in Taipei, Taiwan.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Product Marketing Executive to drive digital marketing initiatives targeted at the orthopedics community in Taiwan. This hybrid role sits between marketing communications and product marketing support: the primary focus is planning and executing digital campaigns for two audiences — surgeon customers (healthcare professionals) and patients (disease/patient awareness only). A smaller, but important, portion of the role will assist the Marketing Manager in implementing product marketing frameworks and campaign rollouts. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and will collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Education and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital strategy & campaign execution (primary responsibility)

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns targeted to surgeons (HCP) and patients (awareness/education only), ensuring separation of clinical promotion vs. patient education per local Taiwan rules.

  • Develop channel strategies across different digital channels (website, social media, search/SEO, display/SEM, email, webinars, video).

  • Produce and manage audiencespecific content: articles, infographics, short videos, case summaries, patient education, and clinical snippets suitable for professional audiences.

  • Maintain and optimize website content and landing pages when applicable.

  • Implement lead-capture and nurturing flows for surgeon engagement, where permitted by regulations.

  • Track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present regular reports and recommendations.

  • Content production & creative execution

  • Draft copy, produce or commission creative assets (graphics, video), and coordinate with external vendors or agencies for production.

  • Ensure clinical accuracy by coordinating with medical/clinical reviewers and obtaining necessary approvals.

  • Localize global materials for Taiwan market while ensuring regulatory compliance and cultural relevance.

  • Product marketing support (secondary responsibility)

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with product marketing implementation: launch plans, collateral adaptation, positioning, competitive materials, and sales enablement content.

  • Support internal stakeholder enablement: create digital toolkits, email templates, slide decks, and content for sales/clinical teams.

  • Help coordinate digital elements of events, symposiums, and webinars (promotion, registration, follow-up).

  • Cross-functional collaboration & compliance

  • Work closely with Sales, Clinical, and Regulatory to align messaging and secure approvals before release.

  • Ensure all patient-facing communications adhere to legal and ethical standards in Taiwan (no direct product promotion to patients).

  • Liaise with external agencies/creatives and manage briefings and timelines.

  • Measurement & continuous improvement

  • Define KPIs for digital campaigns (engagement, traffic, leads, awareness metrics) and drive continuous optimization.

  • Capture learnings and implement best practices to scale successful tactics across the country

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally including campaign planning, content creation, paid media, and analytics.

  • Demonstrable experience creating content and campaigns for professional and consumer audiences.

  • Strong familiarity with digital tools and platforms: social media management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email platforms

  • Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills; able to turn technical/clinical inputs into clear, engaging digital content.

  • Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken); professional working level English preferred.

  • Understanding of healthcare/medical marketing regulatory constraints (or demonstrated ability to work with regulatory teams to ensure compliance).

  • Comfortable with occasional travel for hospital visits, events, and vendor meetings.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or orthopedics marketing.

  • Basic design/video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent) and familiarity with short-form video production for digital channels.

  • Experience supporting product launches and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Prior exposure to medical education campaigns.

Other:

  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin & English.

  • Certifications: None required.
