Product Marketing Manager
You will drive go-to-market strategy across multiple products, own messaging and positioning, and lead product launches end-to-end. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Marketing to create sales collateral, shape roadmap priorities, run launch communications, and support demand and retention initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging positioning and go-to-market strategy for key products and features
- Develop deep understanding of customer segments
- Build buyer personas use cases and competitive positioning
- Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities
- Lead product launches end-to-end including internal alignment and external campaigns
- Own release communications and ensure customer adoption
- Create sales collateral product guides demos and customer-facing materials
- Enable Sales and Business Development with messaging and tools
- Gather insights from Sales to refine positioning and improve conversion
- Collaborate with content growth and PR teams to drive demand
- Support campaigns lifecycle marketing and product-led growth initiatives
- Support go-to-market efforts for retail and mobile initiatives
- Improve onboarding engagement and retention for product users
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience in fintech SaaS crypto startup or financial services
- Ability to translate technical products into clear customer value propositions
- Experience launching products and working cross-functionally with Product Sales and Design
- Familiarity with institutional and retail user journeys
- Excellent writing storytelling and communication skills
- Highly organized proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
