Product Marketing Manager
You will define messaging and positioning, lead end-to-end product launches, and enable sales with collateral and tools. You will partner with Product, Sales, Design, and Marketing to shape roadmap priorities, translate technical features into customer value, and support retail and mobile onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging and positioning for key products and features
- Develop go-to-market strategy for products and launches
- Build buyer personas, use cases, and competitive positioning
- Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities
- Lead product launches end-to-end, including internal alignment and external campaigns
- Own release communications and drive product adoption
- Create sales collateral, product guides, demos, and customer-facing materials
- Enable Sales and BD teams with messaging and tools
- Collaborate with content, growth, and PR teams to drive demand
- Support campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth initiatives
- Translate institutional-grade products into retail and mobile messaging to improve onboarding and retention
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, crypto, startup, or financial services
- Ability to translate technical products into clear customer value propositions
- Experience launching products and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design
- Familiarity with institutional and retail user journeys is a plus
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
