Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager, Private Bank will serve as a strategic marketing partner to the Texas Capital Private Bank, helping translate business priorities, client needs, and banker objectives into integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials.
This role will support the growth of Texas Capital Private Bank by developing marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, enhance banker-client engagement, support acquisition and deepening opportunities, and clearly articulate the Private Bank’s value proposition in the market.
The ideal candidate will understand how to market advisory-led, relationship-based financial services to sophisticated clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, families, entrepreneurs, and centers of influence. This person will combine strategic thinking, financial services knowledge, strong execution discipline, and executive-level storytelling to help elevate how the Private Bank shows up across channels, campaigns, banker materials, and client communications.
This role also benefits from a consulting-oriented mindset—bringing structured problem-solving, the ability to synthesize complex information, and strong storytelling skills through presentations and executive-ready materials.
Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the Private Bank’s positioning, value proposition, audience segmentation, and messaging framework in partnership with brand, product, and Private Bank leaders.
Develop and manage Private Bank go-to-market calendars in partnership with Marketing, Communications, Events, Digital, and Private Bank leadership.
Define product marketing strategies and manage budgets that support Private Bank priorities, including client acquisition, relationship deepening, retention, and banker enablement.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Private Bank offering, including banking, lending, deposits, treasury solutions, wealth planning, investment capabilities, and specialized solutions for high-net-worth clients.
Partner with Private Bank leadership and bankers to understand client needs, business priorities, market opportunities, competitive positioning, and banker enablement needs.
Identify and create marketing assets that support each stage of the Private Bank client journey, including awareness, consideration, relationship development, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Develop strategies and materials that support business development, client conversations, referral opportunities, centers-of-influence engagement, and banker-led growth.
Partner with content, brand, digital, and sales enablement teams to develop Private Bank thought leadership, product one-pagers, web content, banker collateral, client stories, insights, and client-facing materials.
Coordinate cross-channel execution across website, email, social, paid media, events, sponsorships, direct mail, banker enablement, and client communications.
Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness, including campaign engagement, lead generation, banker adoption, client engagement, and relationship-deepening opportunities; partner with analytics and sales enablement teams to deliver regular reporting and executive summaries.
Apply a structured, consulting-style approach to ambiguous business and marketing challenges, translating insights, recommendations, and campaign priorities into clear, leadership-ready materials.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services marketing; private banking, wealth management, commercial banking, or high-net-worth client marketing experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of private banking, wealth management, banking, lending, deposits, and financial solutions for high-net-worth clients.
Experience developing go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, messaging frameworks, and banker/sales enablement materials.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, client segmentation, email, web, paid media, content, events, and campaign performance measurement.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships across internal stakeholders, business partners, bankers, product teams, and client-facing teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling capabilities for executive-ready materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth.
Self-motivated and highly accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
Commitment to excellence, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity.
Experience using AI tools and effective prompts to improve productivity, accelerate research, synthesize information, and support marketing execution.
Comfortable using collaboration, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Copilot, Asana, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics.
