Product Marketing Manager, Prime / OTC
You will lead go-to-market strategy and own messaging and positioning for Prime, OTC trading, derivatives, and financing solutions. You will develop and execute product launch and adoption plans, translate complex trading concepts into clear client-facing materials, and support key sales conversations and RFPs. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Trading to influence roadmap priorities and accelerate revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging and positioning for Prime, OTC trading, derivatives, and financing solutions
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and market expansions
- Define target segments and build tailored value propositions
- Conduct competitive and market analysis across trading venues and liquidity providers
- Build high-impact sales materials including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch narratives
- Partner with Sales and Trading to improve win rates and accelerate deal cycles
- Translate complex trading and liquidity concepts into clear client messaging
- Support key client conversations, RFPs, and strategic deals
- Act as voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and prioritization
- Partner with Product and Trading to bring new features to market
- Own product launch communications and adoption strategy
- Work with content, PR, and growth teams to drive pipeline through campaigns and events
- Develop narratives for analyst relations and industry positioning
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in fintech, crypto, capital markets, or trading environments
- Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows including OTC, liquidity, derivatives, and settlement
- Proven ability to own GTM strategy and execute cross-functional launches
- Experience partnering with Sales and influencing revenue outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial products
- Highly analytical and organized, comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
