Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d)
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager based in Berlin for an immediate start. As our first marketing hire, you will be the "Translator" between our world-class engineering and our commercial growth. Think translating spectral sensitivity to regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will work side-by-side with our Sales and Business Development to bridge the gap between complex sensor hardware and tangible commercial value. We have won tier 1 clients already and executed campaigns across the world. Your mission is to equip our sales team with the narrative and "ammunition" needed to win high-stakes, long-cycle technical B2B deals and shorten our sales cycle as well as establishing us as the prime provider in the market.
Your Ownership
- Sales Enablement: Design and produce high-impact sales materials, including technical whitepapers, case studies and industry-specific pitch decks that move the needle.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define how AIRMO wins against industry incumbents. You will translate technical specs into business narratives.
- Marketing Execution: Own the content funnel across LinkedIn, website, mailing, webinars and strategic events. Test new channels and build the marketing playbook.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the feedback loop between the market (customers/sales) and our product to ensure our roadmap stays commercially sharp.
- Marketing budget: You manage the ROI and allocate across channels.
Who You Are
- Tech-Commercial Hybrid: You are comfortable reading a technical data sheet but are obsessed with "Problem-Solution" fit and customer pain points. No need for a Physics PhD, those are in the team for you to talk to.
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Marketing, ideally within B2B Industrial Tech, Sensors, IoT or Space-Tech.
- Practical Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. (Hubspot, Apollo)
- Hands-on: You are a strategic thinker but not afraid to roll up your sleeves to write copy, design a slide deck, or set up a webinar and organise trade shows.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. Fluency in English, German is nice to have. You can make complex technologies feel easy to understand.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to digest competitive data and turn it into actionable sales strategies.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy or Infrastructure sectors.
- Graphic design skills (Figma, Adobe Suite or similar)
- Experience with Public Relations/Press
