Product Marketing Specialist

The Role

As a Product Marketing Specialist for Membership, you’ll own the strategy and execution of direct sales marketing funnels that drive revenue and membership growth. You’ll blend data-driven decision making with a deep understanding of human psychology to create campaigns that attract, engage, and convert audiences—delivering measurable results and increasing customer lifetime value.

What you'll do

  • Design and optimize direct sales marketing strategies to hit revenue and performance targets

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing collateral and sales materials

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid ads) to grow and convert the top of the funnel

  • Analyze funnel and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement

  • Refine audience segmentation and personalization to boost conversion rates

  • Partner closely with the Membership Business Unit to align marketing with business goals

  • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to inform campaign adjustments


What success looks like

  • Launched and optimized at least two direct sales campaigns, achieving or exceeding ROAS targets within 90 days

  • Demonstrated measurable top-of-funnel growth, with increased qualified leads and improved conversion rates

  • Utilized campaign insights and data to drive clear improvements in messaging, targeting, and revenue outcomes

  • Collaborated effectively across teams and served as a trusted partner to stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in product marketing, campaign management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful direct sales marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing, human psychology, and content that converts

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing or a strong baseline of AI proficiency

    Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with membership or subscription-based products

  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and advanced segmentation strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
