Product Mixer

Shift: 2-Week Rotation (7:00AM-3:30PM; 4:00PM-12:00AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and reduce paints and primers according to product specifications
• Check viscosity levels and adjust mixtures as required
• Label and document mixed products accurately
• Read production paperwork, colour information, and mixing formulas
• Operate mixing equipment and hand agitators
• Monitor materials and communicate shortages or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Support troubleshooting and production needs under short deadlines
• Use basic computer systems and production software
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50-70 lbs
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable team player who communicates clearly and works effectively with others
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and implement process improvements
