Product Owner Digital Solutions

As Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering data-driven products and analytics capabilities. You will maximize the value created by your development team by translating strategy into a clear, actionable backlog and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions. Working closely with Product Management, engineering, data science, and IT, you will help drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and alignment with business goals;
  • Translate product vision and strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of features through active participation in agile ceremonies;
  • Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.

Stakeholder & Requirement Management

  • Act as the primary interface between development teams and internal and external stakeholders;
  • Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements based on business value and user needs;
  • Align closely with Product Management to ensure consistency between roadmap and execution;
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, data science, and IT.

Product Development & Execution

  • Drive sprint planning, scope decisions, and backlog refinement;
  • Ensure clarity of requirements and Definition of Done within the team;
  • Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and user expectations;
  • Support testing, release preparation, and go-to-market activities.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Collect user and stakeholder feedback and integrate insights into backlog refinement;
  • Track feature usage and performance metrics to inform product improvements;
  • Continuously optimize backlog prioritization based on changing needs and data insights;
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation across teams.
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field;
  • 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in Agile software development environment;
  • Strong experience in backlog management, user story definition, and agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe);
  • Experience working with data-driven products, analytics, or data models (is a plus);
  • Solid understanding of software development, data engineering, or analytics platforms;
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills across technical and business domains;
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams;
  • Proficiency in English (written / verbal).
