Job Description
- Define GTM strategy: target segments, ICPs, value proposition and launch plans
- Develop messaging, positioning and competitive narratives for sales success
- Produce sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs)
- Support strategic bids: RFP responses, proposal storylining and win themes
- Work with product teams to translate roadmap into commercial packages and plays
- Partner marketing to run campaigns and track funnel performance/lead quality
- Measure impact via KPIs (pipeline influence, conversion, adoption) and iterate
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in product GTM, product marketing, solutions marketing or enablement
- Proven ability to craft compelling messaging for B2B technology solutions
- Comfortable supporting RFPs/proposals and building value-led bid narratives
- Strong stakeholder management across product, sales, delivery and partners
- Commercial and analytical mindset; able to link activities to measurable outcomes
- Structured execution skills across planning, prioritisation and multi-workstream work
