Product Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing, tech-driven Product Specialist who is passionate about infrastructure technologies. In this role, you will not only support product growth but also evangelise server, compute, and HCI/virtualisation solutions to customers and partners, driving awareness and adoption in the market.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team in positioning server, compute, and virtualisation solutions
• Act as a technology evangelist, promoting and driving adoption of key solutions across partners and customers
• Deliver engaging product presentations, demos, and workshops
• Provide solution recommendations and technical consultation
• Work closely with vendors on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and product updates
• Assist in proposal development, solution sizing, and deal support
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in compute and HCI
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-sales to post-sales transition

✅ Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in product, pre-sales, or technical roles (IT infrastructure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of server, compute, virtualisation, or HCI technologies
• Confident communicator with the ability to present and influence stakeholders
• Passionate about technology and comfortable evangelising solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills (vendors, partners, customers)
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
