A heavy focus will also be on creating product training materials, presentation decks, etc. Projects may also be assigned by the Director and/or AHPCare Steering Committee to assist with continued rollout and development of products to ensure success for our clients. The successful candidate will be motivated, well-organized, and a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Your Impact

  • Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and upcoming releases.
  • Lead live product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Advise clients on how to best implement products to achieve their goals.
  • Develop product specific communication materials and strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.
  • Create training and presentation materials for clients, potential clients and internal resources including user guides, onboarding materials, and best practice playbooks.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure the successful delivery of benefits.
  • Guide clients in aligning their processes with the capabilities of AHP systems using our proven methodologies. Help troubleshoot complex scenarios and advise on how to adapt the product to fit specialized use cases.
  • Coordinate eligibility needs, file specifications, and timing of all feeds with third party vendors for each product.
  • Resolve eligibility/file issues between our administration systems and vendors.
  • Coordinate with our internal administrative system owners and Executive Steering Committee on prioritization of any system enhancements needed to support products and the return on investment.
Successful Candidate Will Have
  • 5+ years of experience with product management, product training, or technical sales in a related role.
  • Experience with product demos and training in a consulting environment,
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SmartSheet and SharePoint.
