Product Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Specialist based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, customer insight, and hands-on problem solving within an AI-native platform shaping the future of customer experience. You will become a deep expert on how complex agent systems behave in real-world environments, translating product behavior into actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.
The position requires a strong product mindset and curiosity to understand systems end-to-end, going beyond surface-level support to uncover patterns and opportunities for improvement.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers, acting as the bridge between usage in production and future product direction.
The environment is fast-paced, highly autonomous, and built around ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning.
You will also contribute to enablement, documentation, and customer-facing activities such as demos and webinars.

Accountabilities:

  • Become the end-to-end expert on a defined product surface, understanding agent behavior, configurations, and deployment workflows in depth.
  • Diagnose product and system behavior across customer environments, identifying issues related to setup, configuration, or product logic.
  • Translate recurring customer feedback and operational patterns into structured insights that inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Own and develop enablement materials including documentation, guides, and internal/external knowledge resources.
  • Support customer-facing activities such as demos, webinars, and sales enablement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work directly within support workflows to understand real-world product behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to communicate insights and help refine product evolution.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong product mindset with a proactive approach to identifying problems and driving improvements beyond assigned responsibilities.
    • Experience working closely with software products in customer-facing, product, or technical support environments.
    • Ability to understand and work with technical systems, including configuration, deployment, or workflow-based platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear explanations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn complex systems deeply, including AI-driven or automation-based products.
    • Ability to synthesize patterns from customer feedback and translate them into actionable product insights.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with minimal structure.
    • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, CX, or digital product environments is a plus.
    • Familiarity with APIs, prompt engineering, or user research is considered a strong advantage.
