We are committed to providing comprehensive sales and after-sales service support to our customers, including installation and commissioning, training of operations procedures, applications support, troubleshooting of instruments, repairs, and instrument validation in compliance with recognized standards.

Product Specialist (Medical Devices)

Job responsibilities:

• To maintain regular contact with existing customers, as well as new customers.
• To support customers in applications and troubleshooting.
• To keep accurate and timely record in Company’s CRM system of all sales calls and meetings, and follow up on enquiries to provide good customer service.
• To assist Product Manager with product registration and regulatory submissions

Education and Experience requirements:

• Applicants should possess a diploma or degree in nursing or rehabilitative medicine or related subjects.
• Relevant work experience will be an advantage, but entry levels may apply.
• Required language: ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Applicants should be Singaporean.
