Join our Catalyst Adoption team and take on a pivotal role in how the world's most admired brands configure, adopt, and get value from our products. If you thrive at the intersection of deep technical product knowledge and hands-on problem-solving — and you're equally comfortable configuring the right solution, guiding clients toward the best approach, and continuously improving how we work — we have the perfect opportunity for you.
What will your day look like?
Use your technical understanding of client processes and ways of working to configure best-practice, end-to-end experiences for our global client teams. You'll act as a knowledgeable point of contact on our Catalyst product (configuration and setup) — translating client needs into the right approach while safeguarding a consistent, standardized way of working across all clients.
Once you are equipped with the necessary knowledge, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to configure and operate products across the Catalyst suite.
- Communicate and consult with client service teams and Marketing Operations on configuration solutions across the product suite.
- Take on configuration tasks based on support requests from clients.
- Configure client business rules and product features based on specifications and design.
- Support with testing configuration and newly developed features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Identify optimization opportunities and help shape a more scalable, maintainable way of working.
As a team, we are increasingly embedding AI into how we work — using it to improve our processes and to inform how we configure and use our applications. You'll be part of this direction, exploring and adopting AI-supported ways of working as we continue to evolve.
Who are you going to work with?
You'll join a group of proficient product specialists who are always ready to help, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers, and client-facing colleagues. You'll be a trusted point of contact for clients on product setup and configuration.
What do you bring to the table?
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and decisive, with a logical and structured mindset that makes it easy for you to adapt to new technology. You can hold a standard, communicate the "why" behind a decision, and bring others along with you. Additionally, you possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in application consulting, product specialist, technical consultant, or related role, with experience configuring and operating a set of products within a platform.
- Ability to translate client needs into the right approach, with a focus on consistent, standardized, and scalable solutions.
- Strong technical skills and the confidence to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve issues across applications.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team and collaborate with internal operational teams and other product teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to excel in a distributed, multicultural team setting.
Preferably, you also have:
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JSON
- A track record of improving configuration, onboarding, or enablement processes.
- An interest in applying AI to improve processes and product configuration.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Personalization platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze).
