What you will be doing
- Craft compelling product visions that inspire and guide our clients.
- Formulate detailed product strategies that are tightly aligned with overarching client business objectives and effectively address the diverse needs of target users
- Execute comprehensive market and user research initiatives using a combination of qualitative techniques, such as interviews and focus groups; and quantitative methodologies, including surveys and data analysis.
- Conduct competitive or peer analysis of the digital experiences within a given industry or category, developing an original point of view to be shared with our clients.
- Collaborate closely with Livefront’s business development team on new business pursuits, providing subject matter experience and perspective throughout the pre-sales process.
- Incorporate AI into the discovery process, exploring and executing on ways to increase your leverage as a Product Strategist through the use of agentic tools.
- Identify opportunities within the client ecosystem to leverage technology for new product features, improved user experiences, and improved business outcomes.
- Inform strategic decisions with insights on user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Lead co-creation sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to generate innovative product ideas.
- Effectively lead and guide client teams through the often messy and complex process of early-stage product development
- Facilitate collaborative discussions and decision-making to ensure alignment and buy-in on the most impactful features that should be developed and launched.
- Guide and instruct client teams on what is needed (by way of decisions, process, and resources) to take a new product concept from idea to launch.

What you bring to the table
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting environment or as part of an in-house, cross-functional product team.
- Experience launching and bringing new consumer-facing digital products to market at scale.
- Experience consulting enterprise clients on digital product strategies and execution.
- Strong versatility and experience with products across multiple digital platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, TV, Auto, Voice, Wearables, IoT, and other smart devices.
- Fluency with basic data analysis techniques: bi-variate analysis, cross tabulation, distributions.
- Familiarity with business and product management frameworks, including but not limited to: Jobs to Be Done, Hook, Kano, Design Sprint, Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping, Traction, and others.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to present and defend strategic choices persuasively.
- Experience gathering and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new insights about user behavior and business opportunity.
- Mastery of modern product management best practices.
