Product Strategy and Operations
You will own the EPD rhythm of business including weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, planning cycles, and roadmap processes. You will run ShipOps to enable Launch Calendar reviews and the high velocity You Can Just Ship Things approach. You will establish a product landing framework to ensure new features are adopted and drive the intended business outcomes. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to set targets, plan, and execute tactics that drive pipeline and launches. You will develop and maintain competitive intelligence to keep product leaders informed of the market. You will collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science to ensure analytics infrastructure supports rapid analysis. You will work with EPD leads to maintain team health and allocate resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the EPD rhythm of business: weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, planning cycles, and roadmap processes
- Run the ShipOps function to enable Launch Calendar reviews and Vercel’s high velocity You Can Just Ship Things approach
- Establish a product landing framework — a structured post-launch process that ensures new features are adopted and drive the intended business outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to set targets, make plans and execute tactics that drive deal pipeline creation and user launches
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence systems that give product leaders a continuously updated view of the market landscape
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science to ensure the analytical infrastructure supports the speed of analysis
- Work with EPD leads to maintain team health, capacity visibility, and resource allocation
Requirements
- 8+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy, or a closely adjacent function inside a high-growth technology company
- Ability to understand complex technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences
- Deep familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and experience improving those processes
- Passion for structuring and solving highly ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution of solutions
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders
- Past experience working at the intersection of product and go-to-market teams in a software company
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including users
- Bonus: Background in developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, or platform products
