Product Support Engineer
Job Description
· Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing business with sales team
· Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
· Liaises with vendors to meet customer requirements
· Provide technical supports to purchasing and sales team
· Conduct product training in-house and as well as to customer
Job Requirements
· Possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
· Preferred in Sales field
· Good communication skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Naturally Proactive
· Passion in learning
· Focus and with attention to details
· Knowledge in either of the field will be a great advantage (power transmission belts/seals/coupling/roller chain)
