Key Duties:

• Handle technical escalations and coordinate with manufacturers to resolve vehicle-related issues effectively.
• Conduct technical investigations, analyze service data, and identify root causes of recurring vehicle concerns.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and provide technical recommendations to enhance vehicle performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
