Product Support Specialist – Mutual Benefits

THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our diverse team based in Sydney, you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day.

As a Product Support Specialist within the Mutual Benefits team, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of EML’s suite of products, including the LMS, EMlearning, Employer Training Program, and EML Offers.

This is a hands-on role combining product support, training coordination and customer engagement, helping connect employers with solutions that support workplace education, injury prevention and return to work outcomes.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in Sydney, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support across the Mutual Benefits product suite, including LMS, EMlearning and training events
  • Support delivery of the Employer Training Program, including event coordination, communications and attendance tracking
  • Monitor product usage and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes
  • Prepare reporting and insights on product performance, adoption and customer outcomes
  • Provide timely support to customers and stakeholders, responding to queries and guiding them to relevant solutions
  • Support provider coordination and product improvements in collaboration with the Product Owner

About You

  • Experience in a product support, administration or customer-facing role
  • Exposure to digital platforms or LMS / online learning environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback to provide practical insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Quick to learn new systems, tools and technologies
  • Understanding of SME customer needs, ideally in workplace health or injury management
