Production Accounting Clerk
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Balance and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly production data in Aeros.
- Work with plant production/live production/accounting team members to ensure timely and accurate recording of production data.
- Balance and reconcile daily/weekly fresh and freezer inventories and upload freezer inventories weekly into Aeros.
- Able to analyze and explain the inconsistencies of the data.
- Submit timely production report and other accounting reports to Division Controller and other Management.
- Provide back-up for other accounting roles as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of clerical, accounting, manufacturing, or production office experience preferred.
- Strong data entry and 10 key skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control.

- Ability to work in a manufacturing or processing plant environment.
