The Production Artist ensures projects stay on schedule, meet deadlines and budgets, and are error-free for print and digital delivery. This role involves laying out longer documents using established design standards, supporting in-house proofing and production workflows, and preparing final files with strong attention to detail and printer requirements. The position includes minor design work such as quick-turn digital pieces, asset creation, and basic photo editing (clipping paths, color correction, compositing). The Production Artist works closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and cross-functional teams, requiring clear communication, flexibility, and the ability to manage deadlines. Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are required; 3D experience is a plus. The role is Mac-based within a PC environment and operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

In this role, you'll:
- Produce print and digital creative assets used by churches and ministry partners around the world.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, Lead Designer, Creative Director, and cross-functional teams to bring new products and marketing initiatives to life.
- Build expertise across page layout, cover production, digital design, photo editing, illustration support, and prepress production.
- Help ensure projects are completed with exceptional quality while meeting production schedules and deadlines.

What You'll Do
You'll support the creative development and production of a wide variety of print and digital resources from concept through final delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-quality page layouts, book covers, marketing materials, and digital assets.
- Preparing print-ready and digital production files while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Collaborating with creative leadership to execute production plans, schedules, and project priorities.
- Performing photo retouching, compositing, illustration support, and graphic production tasks.
- Managing multiple production schedules while communicating project status and timeline updates.
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve production workflows and efficiency.
- Staying current on design software, production techniques, and creative industry trends.
