Are you ready to take the lead and keep production running smoothly? MI Windows and Doors is looking for a Production Assembler to join our team in Flower Mound, TX
Compensation Range starts at $20.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Shift: Starts at 6:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Assemble door components following detailed specifications and production guidelines.
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery required for assembly.
- Inspect assembled doors for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle assembly tools safely.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility to work overtime as required.
