Job Overview

Our client, a manufacturing company in the Woodlands area, is looking for Production Assistant to support daily production activities. Successful candidates will be involved in product inspection, basic production work, and maintaining quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions
• Inspect and sort products to ensure quality standards are met
• Report any product or quality issues to the supervisor
• Perform rework or adjustments when required
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a clean workstation
• Ensure proper packaging, identification, and segregation of products
• Support the production team to achieve daily output targets

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• Able to understand basic work instructions in English.
• Able to perform visual inspection and quality checking of products.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (protective attire provided)
• Willing to work overtime when required

Working Shifts

1st Shift (Morning)
Mon – Fri: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sat: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

2nd Shift (Afternoon)
Mon – Fri: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Sat: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

3rd Shift (Night)
Mon – Fri: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Rest day: Sunday or scheduled off days depending on shift rotation.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: From $1,600

Estimated Gross (including allowances, excluded OT):

• Morning Shift: ~ $1,752
• Afternoon Shift: ~ $1,830
• Night Shift: ~ $1,960
