Role Summary<\/b>

The Production Assistant will support daily yoghurt production operations by assisting with production processes, packaging, quality checks, and maintaining hygiene standards within the production environment. The role requires a proactive and detail\-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast\-paced manufacturing setting while supporting smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

- Assist with daily yoghurt production and processing activities.
<\/span><\/li>- Support product packaging, labeling, and sealing processes.
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor production schedules and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
<\/span><\/li>- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the production environment.
<\/span><\/li>- Assist in handling raw materials and production supplies.
<\/span><\/li>- Support stock arrangement and proper storage of finished products.
<\/span><\/li>- Report production issues, damages, or inconsistencies to the supervisor promptly.
<\/span><\/li>- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
<\/span><\/li>- Support customer service activities where required, including responding to basic inquiries.
<\/span><\/li>- Adhere strictly to company health, safety, and food handling procedures.

- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
<\/span><\/li>- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
<\/span><\/li>- Basic understanding of quality control processes.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
<\/span><\/li>- Good communication and customer service skills.
<\/span><\/li>- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
<\/span><\/li>- Physically fit and willing to work in a production setting.
<\/span><\/li>- Candidates residing around Ojodu and nearby locations are preferred.
