Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Production Chef who takes pride in following SOPs, being on time, and executing consistently at speed — while also having a good palate to ensure food tastes balanced and delicious.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals strictly according to SOPs and standardized recipes
  • Maintain consistent quality across all meals (no variation)
  • Meet hourly production targets efficiently
  • Ensure meals are properly portioned, packed, labeled, and stored
  • Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Keep workstation clean, organized, and optimized for speed

Taste & Quality Responsibilities:

  • Taste sauces and dishes during production
  • Make small, controlled adjustments (salt, acidity, sweetness, moisture)
  • Ensure meals taste flavorful and balanced even after reheating from frozen
  • Provide practical feedback on new recipes tested weekly

Requirements

  • WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (required)
  • Experience in high-volume or production-style cooking preferred
  • Strong ability to follow SOPs precisely
  • Highly punctual and reliable
  • Able to work fast and consistently under production targets
  • Good understanding of basic flavor balance (salt, fat, acid, sweetness, umami)
  • Comfortable with repetitive, structured workflows
  • Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented

Compensation & Growth
