Production Controllers, Parts Management Coordinators - Opportunities

These positions play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, control, and traceability of all parts required for Formula One car assembly, upgrade programmes, and race operations. Whether your background is in production planning, supply chain, logistics, engineering support, or parts coordination, we are interested in hearing from individuals who can contribute to ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support championship-winning performance. Working closely with Production Control, Procurement, Assembly, Finance, Technical Departments, and the Race Team, you will help maintain production readiness, support engineering changes, and drive operational excellence across the organisation.
- Supporting the end-to-end management of parts required for car build programmes and race operations.
- Monitoring part availability, shortages, and delivery risks, helping to develop recovery plans where required.
- Maintaining and updating ERP system data to ensure accurate demand planning and material availability.
- Managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), part records, lifing information, and traceability requirements.
- Coordinating with Procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
- Working alongside Production Control teams to support build readiness across multiple vehicle systems.
- Supporting the implementation of engineering changes and ensuring effectivity controls are correctly applied.
- Assisting with part lifing, usage tracking, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintaining data integrity and resolving issues impacting build schedules or material flow.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, data quality, and operational performance.
- Providing clear communication and status updates to key stakeholders across the business.
- Experience in parts management, production control, planning, materials coordination, supply chain, or related disciplines in a fast-paced, high performing environment.
- An understanding of F1 or complex engineering assemblies and component management, including mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and structural components.
- Knowledge of BOM structures, engineering change control, traceability, and lifing processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor experience would be advantageous).
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings, parts lists, and technical documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
