Production Cook

Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs Claremore is seeking a production cook to join our team! A Production Cook is responsible for the daily preparation and production of food items for their assigned venue. This role requires precision in following recipes and an eye for presentation, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards. The Production Cook must also maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, properly storing all food products to prevent waste and spoilage. This position involves working in a fast-paced setting and may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Prepare and produce all food items for the assigned venue, ensuring timely completion.
• Adhere to and execute all recipes, portioning standards, cooking methods, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation for all menu items.
• Ensure proper storage of all food products in coolers and holding cabinets to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and uphold all cleanliness standards for kitchen equipment and tools.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Must have the ability to obtain a food handler's card.
• The ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs is required.
• The flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
